My sister and I hired Chef Chris for our Dad’s 80th birthday and it was the best gift ever!! The food was absolutely amazing and Chef Chris was so engaging and entertaining the entire time. It was so much fun to watch him in action and even better to taste his creations. I wish I had some pics of the appetizers but we devoured them before I thought of it. The best crab cakes I have ever tasted. From apps to dessert it was an experience we’ll never forget.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish ! Chef Chris is fun and engaging from the moment he walks in the door. He arrived with all the ingredients to cook from scratch a wonderful meal for our dinner party for 10 people and was able to graciously accommodate for a last minute additional guest. We are “foodies” and were excited to learn some techniques and watch him work his magic. He is good at reading the room and assessing what the crowd needs. He set my table, prepared our meal, served us and cleaned up all along the way. The kitchen was clean , our bellies were full and we had a fun experience to share with our friends and family. Chef Chris is personable, friendly and professional!

Chef Chris prepared an amazing meal for my husband’s 41st birthday! He customized a beautiful menu, was so friendly and so professional. He brought fresh vegetables from his own garden and made the most amazing winter salad among other delicious passed hors d'oeuvres and plates. Chef Chris recently prepared a customized menu and dinner for my family for my parent's 40th wedding anniversary! It was a delicious meal and met the many demands of the 8 members of the family - with picky eaters, gluten free members, and a dairy free individual. He was very patient in the process and worked closely with me to put together the menu that worked for everyone. The food was extremely tasty, seasonal, and fresh! In addition, Chris and his team member were on time, organized, and left the kitchen cleaner than when they arrived. They were on top of everything so we could just enjoy being together as a family and not have to worry about anything else. Thank you to Chris for creating a yummy meal and special night for us!!
