Hands down some of the best bbq I've ever had. Especially the chicken and ribs everything was amazing but those 2 were top tier. Huge portions as well. Will definitely be coming back. You've earned yourself a regular.

You can not get better bbq anywhere in the mesa. It makes me sad when I miss it because he's only open on Thurs and Friday.

Had the privilege of eating this food. Oh my! The food is outstanding. I am not a fan of coleslaw so I am thinking theirs should have a new name. Their coleslaw is not like your run of the mill coleslaw. The meat was nicely smoked and very flavorful. The beans were perfectly cooked. I rarely rave about anyone's food, but this is in a class all by itself. Pricing is more than fair for all that you get.

Firstly, the Pork Ribs are to die for!!! Very delicious food all around. We worked with Have Cooker Will Travel for our wedding and they are very reasonably priced/responsive/helpful. They were flexible with our changing plans and provided everything we needed for 70+ guests. From the flavorful barbeque to the sides (The salads were incredible) all the food was made fresh . Lee and Tasha made the entire catering experience enjoyable and easy. Thank you!

Everything is very good. But please try this man's chicken. It has the most unique texture I've seen from a BBQ chicken. The dill coleslaw is a welcome change from the norm. The beans are very soul food esque. The ribs are cooked perfect. Fall off the bone, but still with enough firmness to not turn into pulled pork in your mouth. His BBQ sauce is solid, both normal and spicy. Usually closes around 6, so call ahead early, order what you want, and pick it up on the way home. Support small and local!

Good BBQ in a trailer set up next to a big portable smoker. I arrived late in the afternoon. They had, unfortunately, run out of brisket. But I got a huge plate full of chicken, sausage and ribs. Also some slaw and beans. Everything was good. Probably just me, but I was wanting a little more smoke in the meat. Didn't trouble me too much. I ate everything with great satisfaction. Better than anything else I'd had in town.

Lee was the caterer at a wedding I coordinated this past weekend. His communication was great--always answered right away and let me know exactly what I needed and when I had to change things always reassured me that it was no problem. On the day of he was right on time--set up quickly, served quickly and with a smile. They also packed up everything really nicely for the family!
