It was a fine sandwich but not really what I think of when I go to a deli. Seemed more like a grocery store sandwich. Service was very friendly & the carrot cake looked absolutely insane. I would probably recommend building your own over one of their specialty choices. The bread was a little weird. But not a bad place to stop after a hike!

Wow! One of the most delicious sandwiches I have had, so fresh! If you are in Crested Butte, make sure you stop here. The store has a cozy vibe in a charming plaza at the end of Crested Butte. They sell sandwiches, pastas, and other fresh produce/meats. I ordered the 14er and boy was it delicious! I spoke to the owner and he is such a fantastic person! He’s got some incredible stories and will give you all kinds of recommendations for your visit! I’ll be back!

This review is specifically for Chef Josephine and Creative Catering. While in Crested Butte for Christmas, our family ordered prepared meals from Creative Catering. The food was the best catered meals we have ever had. We catered 4 complete meals, one of them being a traditional Christmas dinner. Chef Josephine was a pleasure to work with and the food was beyond Five Stars! Sometimes, you don't know what to expect when you have to reheat meals, but the meals went beyond our expectations. We all agreed, the turkey on Christmas was one of the most moist turkey's we've ever had. We will not hesitate to cater our meals from Creative Catering when we return to Crested Butte. Thank you Josephine for helping to make our Christmas memorable!

Frank was super dank and nice. Joked with me and my wife and made me a nice toasty sub. Perfect lunch to start the day before hiking.

We came here twice...in four days, to "get our grub" for our highly anticipated hikes. Once we had our first sandwiches on day one...we just had to come back the next morning. Their freshly baked breads are the bomb! We chose the 14er, and the Buzz...damn good sandwiches for sure... which added so much value to our damn good picnic spots! Highly recommend this deli. Thanks Frank

Was a little surprised to find fairly regular sandwiches for $13 to $15 each, no chips or anything with it. Standard bread size. Also surprised no one asked if I wanted bread toasted, and it wasn't (thus kinda soggy, just 2 minutes later), that it was just regular weight bread, like out of the grocery store.
It was $62 for 3 plain sandwiches and 2 canned N/A drinks. Overall kinda pricey. Speed was ok, not fast, or slow.

Bad. Really bad. We ordered 3 “Red Lady” sandwiches and a build your own. The “Red Lady’s” were pre made and pulled out of a refrigerator. The Sun Dried Tomato Aoli saturated the bread and made the bread so soggy. For over $52, this place was a JOKE, it wasn’t fresh and was a huge disappointment. We threw them away. We went to the market next door and bought everything we needed to make sandwiches and they were MUCH better than what we paid good money for at Frank’s.

Responding to the owner’s comment: It’s not that I “felt” the sandwiches weren’t fresh. They weren’t fresh. Period. When you slather condiments on to cheap sliced white bread, then put them in a refrigerator for a day or two, the bread gets soggy. That’s not “fresh”.

I brought 10 girls here this afternoon to grab lunches after a hike. The guy behind the counter with the long hair was nice and doing his best since they were busy. A very rude man named Frank was clearly overwhelmed and annoyed and told the rest of our group to not order anything that wasn’t premade. 6 of the other girls left because they felt he was being very rude and went to the grocery store to grab food instead.
