BUYER BEWARE! this place is a complete scam. i bought a 2012 ford explorerer for 10K cash: i’ve had my car for about 7-8 months and since i bought it back in april. its been a POS since. within a week of me buying the car it stalled they fixed it. i asked for a refund and they told me no they’ll fix the car. but i can’t always depend on them because cars will need to be fixed. not this dang much. and it seems like since that day ive been fixing the car every 4-6 weeks. i paid 10k cash for a lemon and ive put in an additional $3500 into in PLUS more because it needs more work and i just don’t have the funds. they told me to apply for financing for another car at their dealership. please tell me why i’d do that considering i bought a lemon from you all the first time. i would die 1000 times before i ever purchase another be chile from this place. the cars look nice but they aren’t. i could go on and on about this car but id be wasting my time because they’ll get on here and give me a wack reply as to how it’s my fault. ive had many cars over my life and ive never had this many problems w a car a day in my life! to this day im still having problems. as i write this review im sitting in the side of the read w a flashing check engine light. this has happened before. i wish i could get a refund or a partial refund but i know it wont happen. so when you buy a car from here, please please dont let them scam you. and if you have a problem within a few days or weeks of buying a car please beg for a refund so you dont waste time and money you dont have like me!

I purchased an Infiniti QX 70 at Mr. C’s Auto Mart online sight unseen. Salesperson Mr. Ed Tapper was very professional and patient and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond and took extra photos, videos and placed vehicle on the lift to assure me the vehicle was sound and in good condition. I live in Virginia Beach and Mr. Tapper FedEx all paper work and arranged for my vehicle to be delivered. Very pleased with my purchase. Thank you Ed.

After a bad deal with another dealership I was referred to Mr.cs by a neighbor of mine. I had previously bought a used car from another dealer that constantly had issues and they were not willing to even look at the car. I lost alot of monet buying and having to sell that car. Then came sam. I bought a very nice Jeep from him. He showed me everything I needed to know and had me in and out in no time. Shortly after buying the car I got a light on the dash. I brought it back and Moe told me it was just a bad bulb. He ordered one and had me all set in about 20 minutes. Happy as can be in my new to me car. About 4 months after buying the car I got a check engine light on. I understand that it is a used car and anything can happen. But I knew sam and moe were knowledgeable. So I gave them a call and they told me to stop by. They plugged in a fancy computer and it told them I had a bad sensor. Sam offered to fix it for me. I told him he didn't have to but he insisted. After dealing with another used car dealer who told me I only had a 15 day warranty I was not expecting ANYTHING for free. Sam made sure I was happy then followed up about a week later to confirm I had no more issues.

These guys are really stand up people who stand on there word and go above and beyond. They have all types of cars and pricing so there's something with everyone. Not many people left like them in the world. I had a really bad taste in my mouth after the last used car dealer I used but Mr.Cs has surely changed my mind on that one. I've had my car for almost 2 years now and both my brothers and my mom have all purchased cars from here. That's right. Sunday dinner means a driveway full of Mr.Cs cars.

I will recommend EVERYONE to buy there car here. Just genuine people who are here to make a few dollars but also build relationships.
