We thoroughly enjoyed the dishes that EJ created. The stuffed chicken, stuffed baked potatoe ,shrimp cakes and salad were a HIT!
Suggestions for next time is to bring all dishes, and if serving beverages bring ice.
It was Excellent and we appreciate the Private Chef Experience!

The Greater Bartow Chamber of Commerce event was a catered luncheon with about 165 in attendance. Dorcas and staff did a great job. Very friendly, food was great, timely service. We were pleased with our first event with Essential Catering Solutions. Afterwards, someone approached us wanting to know who the caterer was, for their event. A superb experience!

I booked my daughter's Quinceanera at Black Swan Venue and was impressed from the moment we walked in the door. The venue was very spacious and more than able to accommodate our needs. It was very easy to reserve the venue and make all payments.We had an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Black Swan Venue is a hidden gem in downtown Lakeland. I highly recommend Black Swan Venue for your next event.

Staff was friendly and genuine. There was an array of food and each dish was made with quality ingredients. The eggs were by far the best scrambled eggs I have had in a while, and the waffles were a close second!!

Essential Catering did an outstanding job catering our 450 person prom. The students loved the hors d'oeuvres, desserts, and the Celebration Punch. They were professional, attentive, and on time! We will definitely use them again.
