What a great experience! We hired Affordable Catering for our daughters high school graduation. We had full bar and bbq menu. The set up was amazing. Attention to detail as they called in advance to confirm theme and colors. The crew was professional and attentive. The food (even for pickiest eaters) was fantastic. Got lots of compliments! Thank you so much for making our night fabulous!

Affordable Catering does not disappoint. We hired #affordablecatering for our daughter's engagement party and we were beyond delighted with the experience. The selection of menus is extensive. The food was delicious. Every guest complimented our selection. Our server, Ice H, was friendly, professional, gracious, and a wonderful representative for Affordable Catering. We will definitely be using this catering service and requesting Ice H for our server.

The team made our day go perfectly. They were ready for everything: helping with timing of appetizers, serving, cake cutting, and toasts. They went out of their way to find ways to help, like lighting our votive candles while we had our ceremony. They were so nice to us and our guests. They felt like part of the family.

The food was amazing! A great selection, it came out just right for everyone, and there was plenty to go around. I will suggest them to anyone with events in the Manasota area.

We choose Affordable Catering for our wedding reception. Starting with Maria to customize our menu to Eric for follow up, our experience was very pleasant and comfortable. The wow factor was just how delicious the food was and the service. Ice and Gladys were our professional set up/break down servers. Not only very professional, the ladies were a real pleasure with their sweet smiles and conversations with us and our guests. The service and execution was perfect. We would recommend this Catering company to everyone that wants a good experience.

We hired Affordable Catering for our wedding this past weekend and they were amazing! The cocktail hour appetizers and reception dinner were both great, and we also used them for our bar/bartending services which was also perfect! Honestly, the best part was the staff. Everyone was so amazing, friendly, and helpful. I really can't say enough good things. Highly recommend them for any event.

We were SO thrilled that we went with Affordable Catering for our wedding. From the beginning, they were professional and responsive and got us right onto the schedule for their upcoming tasting. The food is incredible! We thought it was great at the tasting and then on our wedding day it seemed to be even better! We had a ton of compliments from guests on how delicious everything was. Our contact, Eric, was wonderful. He helped guide our menu selections based on what we wanted, giving us insight into popular dishes and also working around a few food restrictions on our end. Our menu turned out perfectly with his help!

We were also happy that Affordable Catering brings linens and decorations to match your wedding colors so everything looks cohesive from a guest standpoint. It definitely took pressure off of my husband and I not having to worry about decorating or getting additional linens for their tables - they bring everything with them!

I was also very impressed with their staff. Everyone was so accommodating, warm and kind throughout the night and really made sure guests were having a great time. They are a very experienced company and it shows - they were there early, were ready for cocktail hour, quick to set up and serve guests, and cut our cake for us. They were fantastic from the beginning to the end.

If you're looking for a catering vendor for your special day, I HIGHLY recommend Affordable Catering. You won't be disappointed!

Recently had Affordable Catering for our wedding last Friday. All of our guests raved about how good the food was. We loved that they offered a taste testing prior to our wedding day. Eric was great to work with and was very helpful with all of my questions. The day of servers were extremely friendly and did an amazing job! Would definitely use them again for any catering needs we may have.
