We hired RCC for our son's day after wedding brunch at our home and they really made the day special and delicious. We worked with Kayleigh and she was great! Always prompt with answers to questions and gave the proposal in a very timely manner. I felt the price was quite reasonable, and the choices of food were vast. Jennifer and Debbie were the servers for the brunch, and they were very professional and courteous, friendly to the guests and very nice to have in our home. They really did a great job from the layout of the food to the cleanup and even packaged up leftovers! We were very pleased with the whole day. Highly recommend River City Catering.

We used River City as our wedding caterers and also added on the day of coordination. Not only were the food options great and easily accommodated our dietary requests, but they were such a pleasure to work with. Every idea I had that "out of the norm" was never criticized. It was always met with a "Oh yeah, we can definitely do that." I got great compliments on the food by our guests. The grilled salmon with creamy dill and the lemon garlic orzo were my personal favorites! Not only were they the favorites when we were selecting caterers, but they were also the most affordable. Definitely worth their pricing!

If you are using them for a major event, GET THE DAY OF COORDINATION. I literally cannot recommend Kayleigh enough. I have a "Type A" personality and planning events is part of my every day job. Especially because I put so much personal work into my wedding, I had a hard time giving the reins over to someone else. The day I met Kayleigh in person, that anxiety went away. She was incredible with everything I threw her way leading up to the wedding and her and Bree were amazing day of. They are both so kind, organized, and genuinely made me forget about the stress of everything and enjoy the day. Easily the best money I spent on my wedding.

What an incredible experience we had with River City Catering. This is the first time that I have used a catering service and this was an important one since it was the company's 10 year anniversary. We worked with Kayleigh to have RCC cater our wedding, and she was able to help us figure out how to get what we wanted and stay within our budget. We opted for a taco bar, and everything was delicious! The servers (whose names I unfortunately do not recall) were very helpful and kind.

Kayleigh At River City Catering has amazing patience with my over 100 emails about our wedding! She gave recommendations when we needed them and they had everything worked out to the fine details even the color of plates and fold of the napkin! We had a list of all the food we enjoyed and her and the chef helped us make it a cohesive menu that made sense while still keeping what we really enjoyed!

Their service was great and food even better! They even set aside appetizers for us so we got to have them so we actually got to eat on our wedding day!

Because of limited tables we were limited to one bar for our cocktail hour which meant the bartenders had a constant line for over an hour and they handled it great! I had a very different specialty drink request with watermelon juice and my husband requested a specific brand of grapefruit juice for his and they made it happen!

We loved our dinner and we were told everyone else enjoyed it specifically the fish and the mushroom risotto! They made special accommodations for our several guests who have celiacs and they really appreciated it!

We used River City Catering for a fundraising event on March 1, 2024. The appetizers were butler served which added to our beautiful ambiance. All the servers were wonderful and the appetizers were delicious.Once we entered the venue for dining the table was beautifully set , salads were waiting and desserts were present. The dinner was quietly served and delicious, I’ve received several compliments. The desserts were also very tasty and just the right amount and variety. At the end of the night the serving team was prompt to clear everything and did a marvelous job of cleaning up before leaving. I was also impressed with the fact that they donate the leftovers. Thank River City for helping to make our event a success!

We found River City Catering through our venue, Villa Festa. They had four or five partners to choose from, but immediately we loved all the options with RCC, the fact that we could bring our own alcohol for the bar, the ability to book food, the bar, and our coordinating day-of through a single company…and then we tried the food! This team smashed it on every front and there isn’t anything we would have changed!

We had a perfect wedding, with truly ZERO hiccups. We are so ridiculously lucky that we found RCC to execute the best day of our lives. If you are on the fence, just go talk to the team. You will get it! Thank you River City Catering, our incredible bartenders and sweet Kayleigh, the day wouldn’t have been the perfection it was without you all. We love you so much!!
