Exceptional service, delicious food, and phenomenal experience. We ordered 50 meals from the holiday menu (3 different meal types: turkey, ham, and pork) and everyone loved them. We did lunch box style and it made it quick and easy to serve. Cara provided such great customer service and her staff loaded our car when we came for pickup. Could be 5 stars with better customer service. Our sales agent offered to give us a champagne toast and on the day of the wedding they provided champagne glasses, no champagne. Helpful tip: Have your cellphones nearby during your event, incase there’s an error with your entrees and you have the show them proof.

Catering by The Family was very prompt with communication and helping us to plan a menu for special event. Even though there was a mix up on our start time for the event, they were able to make it happen. Their staff was great and very helpful. Food was very good. Would recommend!
