My go to liquor store in Plano Frisco area. I like their inventory and the price is always appropriate. The patron tequila cost is more here than specs. They have fast check out lines and sometimes tasting wine events happen. There’s ample parking outside. The open till 9PM and store is closed on Sunday. The staff is always helpful to provide their expert opinion on different brand of alcohols however sometimes not easy to find them on isles. Id love to shop here in future.

The team at this location is amazing! I called ahead to check if they had what I was looking for, and they were so helpful they checked and confirmed it was available. On a Friday night, when you need something specific, this kind of service makes all the difference. Plus, the cashier, Sandra, was awesome and provided exceptional service.

Great store with lots of drink options!
Prices seemed above average but doable.
Would be great to get more smiles and friendliness many employees seemed either overworked or too busy to give the 100% customer service needed for a business to be successful long-term. One rep did smile and ask if I needed help, but when I got to the cashier she/he seemed a little not all there, maybe tired? Increase the smiles and be friendly are my tips. Discount for uniformed employees and Veterans would be awesome but again it's your business to decide if you want to support Heros.
Also up the music volume for a better ambience experience, I didn't hear anything playing in the background, maybe there's no music idk? But again not required just a quick suggestion to maybe make it feel more alive and energetic for both customers and employees because in todays stressful work environment many of us are going into your store to buy something that is going to make us relaxed snd or feel good.

We are in Dallas visiting family and a friend from Indianapolis wanted some Wild Common mezcal. You can’t get it in Indy bout you can at this particular location! We called ahead to inquire, they checked to see if they had it for sure and held it at customer service for us! They went the extra mile and were so gracious. We arrived 6 minutes before closing! Great, great service!

Great if you order online just don’t go inside and hope to get good or fair service and don’t ask for any Buffalo Trace or Eagle Rare Bourbon!!! Because if you ain’t the salesperson buddy, you are out of luck and never have any ever for sale!!!

Subject: Complaint Regarding Erica at Register 4 – Total Wine

I want to express my disappointment with the behavior of an employee, Erica, who was working at Register 4 tonight at 8:20 PM. Her attitude was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful, not just toward me, but also toward other customers.

As I approached the register, I tried to be friendly, but Erica responded by sighing deeply and rolling her eyes at me. This was both unnecessary and rude. Throughout the interaction, she continued to display a dismissive and unprofessional attitude, making the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant.

As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Erica’s behavior falls far below the standards I would anticipate from a company like Total Wine. I will be escalating this matter to your Corporate Office because I believe her actions reflect poorly on your brand and may discourage customers from returning.

I urge management to address this issue to ensure future customers are treated with the professionalism Total Wine is known for.

This is my favorite liquor store. It's always clean and well organized. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Plus, the selection is fabulous across the board.
