I’ve got to give a shout out to Top Gun Catering Services. Our son loves sushi so we wanted to incorporate that for his 9th birthday party. They knocked it out of the park. Chef J taught the kids about the history of sushi, its ingredients, and how to make it. They all got to make their own rolls. Especially impressive was how well they managed these overly excited kids. This was definitely one of the best birthday parties ever and Top Gun Catering did such an excellent job that I had to tell you all about it. Thank you guys!

Top Gun Catering was absolutely amazing!! We hired this awesome chef to cater our thanksgiving dinner. We (family) decided to do the holiday in Orlando this year however we didn’t want the burden of cooking on anyone so we searched high and low and found Top Gun and we are so glad we did! Everything was good! Turkey was seasoned to perfection nice and juicy. Green beans and candied yams were slap ya momma good. And that mac n cheese sound like somebody was smacking on it while you scooped you some. Top Gun thank you so much for your help and professionalism. If you are in Orlando for the holidays and don’t want to cook for a large group Top Gun got you covered. And for my people out there the answer is yes #blackowned✊? keep doing what yall do God bless and we know where to look next time we in town!!!!!

They allowed us to have a wonderful dinner and a breakfast the next morning. These people are professionals and made our event outstanding. I would amd will hire them again when we return to Orlando. These two are the bomb!

This catering company is family owned and easy to work with. We wanted a specialized menu to encompass three cultures, Haitian, Dominican and American. They provided a sample menu that was not only creative but truly captured what we wanted. We decided to go with them after receiving lackluster effort from several catering companies in the area. We scheduled a tasting and once we tried the food, noticed their creativity in presentation and met the chef and his wife we knew we wanted to work with them. It was one of the best decisions we made for the party. The pride they take in their work was only highlighted by the many compliments received from our guests.

They may do a decent job catering, but we hired them as a private chef for an Italian dinner costing about $120 a person for generic Italian food. It wasn't even as good as Olive Garden. I hate to give bad reviews but if I would have known how generic tasting their food would be I would never have hired them. We were expecting much better quality. Also, I asked for Caprese salad and got a mozzarella ball surrounded by little cherry tomatoes. The cheese was good and fresh but a generic dish and not what I asked for. The egg plant bites were the quality of something I could have gotten at a pub. Only thing my colleagues really liked was the onion bread and spinach. Pasta not much flavor and chicken Parm very generic and fettuccini sauce way too thick. Only thing giving flavor was the fresh parmesan they sprinkled in top. I took left overs home because nobody wanted them and when my husband tasted the "so called" shrimp scampi and threw it out because he said it tasted so bad.
They were a nice couple but I was embarrassed to have this quality of food served at this special weekend celebrating my top employees.
