Well, “A Taste of Gourmet Catering” was definitely the winner of the night! All 45 guests raved about the food, for days and weeks after the party. We couldn’t have asked for more. Don Lofthouse was a treat to work with. He came to our house and helped plan our entire Birthday party. He helped with the selection of food making sure we had enough for everyone and a nice variety. He provided a bar for the outside, bar tables, table cloths and more. He was very attentive, thorough and professional. His staff (about 6 of them) were all very pleasant, professional and friendly too. Everything that evening went super smoothly, no glitches (which is rare). The place looked fantastic and we had a selection of food for everyone, from those who could eat everything, to those with food restrictions. We had a sushi bar, with options to custom make for the fussy one. The veggie fritters were insane (a true hit!), chicken and waffle bites, hand rolls, spicy tuna with crispy won-tons, chicken satay, Gazpacho with grilled prawns, Olive Tapenade on crostini, a mushroom pastry thing… all presented really beautifully on classy dark plates, and other fancy ways. It was really quite sophisticated and everything tasted amazing. I would highly recommend “A Taste of Gourmet Catering” to all those who want to really leave a lasting impression with your guests. Thank you to the whole team for making my Party a memorable one. Will be coming back for more at our next event!

P.S. I was having such a good time, I completely forgot to take photographs. (I know... I'm a terrible Millennial) but I did get one of the desserts.

A Taste of Gourmet did a wonderful job catering our dinner party. We had some last minute changes in number of people, seating etc., Don did a great job working it all out perfectly. He made sushi and it was fantastic. The service was perfect as well. Our guests felt taken care of and completely satisfied all around. Thanks again to Don and his team!

Don and his amazing team catered our 200 person wedding and there are not enough words to describe how happy we were with everything they provided - they were INCREDIBLE! The food as beyond amazing, so delicious and unique and clearly made with care and love. The quality of the food they prepared, the level of service, and the thoughtfulness and professionalism throughout the entire process was unmatched. A Taste of Gourmet catered a movie premiere reception I coordinated. this was the best experience i have had with any catering company due to the level of professionalism and heart that they conduct their business by. Don was so easy to work with and truly cared about making my event a success. From pre-walking the space to suggestions to stay in budget and recommendations to elevate my event, he really cared and was so diligent and urgent with timing, I actually called him a week before the event as my original caterer fell through! He was in the middle of a very busy time and managed to move around his staffs schedules to accommodate me. The food was outstanding, presentation was a 10/10 and flavor was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly polite and eager to please. I would recommend A Taste of Gourmet to anyone looking to throw a fabulous event! Another huge plus i want to mention is the affordability and fairness of this company -I throw so many events per year where i have to pull teeth to stay in budget and still keep the level of sophistication and class needed to pull off a beautiful event. A Taste of Gourmet exceeded my expectations in every respect - definitely my go to caterer from now on and you should make it yours too!

We hired Taste of Gourmet Catering for approximately 100 people. The food was delicious. We had stations of BBQ, Fish and Chicken as the main course and I thought it was wonderful. I loved the assortment and variety, Don and his staff were professional and courteous.I would highly recommend them and I thought the pricing was very fair. Would not hesitate to use Don again. Also, if Don doesn't tell you himself, he is an amazing sushi chef, that is how I found him, my friend used him for a private sushi party and she could not stop raving about the meal. Thanks Don

From the initial menu planning to the execution, Don and team have it down and they are so easy to work with. We held a sushi party for 25 friends. The sushi and appetizers were incredible. The service was wonderful and our guest had such a great time. The team were not only very friendly, but they worked very hard and they left the house spotless when they were done. We will definitely be using them again for our next party. The whole evening went flawlessly.
