I had ordered food based on the online reviews for my (Grihapravesh) “House warming party.
Fortunately it turned out to be good and as per our family expectations.

Mr. Rohit was helpful in arranging the order on time and also on our request he managed to provide us additional quantity without extra price.
Rice,Dal,sabji,puri and other menu was quality product and cooked properly

Pathetic attitude.... Their food quality is good... However lack of basic courtesy.... Inspite of multiple follow ups and ask, they takes more time than usual to respond. I understand there cud be a pressure on them, but when you are running a business, atleast have some courtesy to respond to queries.... I was continuously following up with them for family function as i really liked their food quality, however i could see that they were reading my messages but were not responding back. I really felt disappointing, so i decided not to contact them again for anything.
