Roxanne and her team at Above & Beyond truly deserve the name. My husband and I hired them for our wedding and we couldn’t be happier. They were our first and only tasting, not just because they were both delicious and affordable, but because Roxanne was so joyful in helping us create the most special day possible. She was so kind, helpful and accommodating throughout the entire planning process, and on the big day everything went off without a hitch. The food was amazing and her team was so sweet and friendly. Couldn’t be happier with our experience from start to finish! From the service, beautiful set up, and the food quality our group of 50 ate like kings and queens today! The croutons were toasted to perfection; salmon was unbeatable, really thick slices of bacon left us full but we were all drooling over how great lunch was going to be with breakfast kickoff we had. And the dessert variety lived up to the title of Wow dessert bar…each morsel more decadent than the last. Huge thank you to Travis for all your help and to the Above and Beyond team for making our event above and beyond expectations!

We worked with Travis and Roxanne to coordinate catering our Handfasting this last Monday. We appreciated the fact that they offered a tasting before booking with them. It's understandably a risk but it really paid off as it cemented our decision to work with them after seeing their presentation and tasting their delicious food! They have a HUGE variety of tableclothes and display items as well- and they take care of decorating their catering table which was stress off my back. At times, it did take them a few days to respond to emails, but Travis who runs their FB page is SO quick to respond on messenger, which I tried not to abuse! They are a lot more responsive the month or two before the event, which is super understandable as I know they have a full plate the rest of the year! Above and Beyond is one of Powell Gardens suggested caterers, and honestly it was SO nice to have a caterer who already knew the ins and outs of our venue and knew our venue team. I would be remiss if I wrote all this and didn't hype up the food. I got SO MANY compliments on both the main courses and the appetizers. Luckily Travis saved us a couple of the apps or I'm sure they would've been gone by the time we arrived at the reception! The sunflower salad was one of the best salads I've had- and I would hold someone hostage for that dressing! We got the rosemary chicken and peach bourbon pork for main dishes- and they were a hit! Travis boxed up all the leftovers for us and you know what? They still taste delicious on day 7 of eating them haha! Thank you SO much Travis and Roxanne for making our handfasting delicious and playing a part in such a magical day

I had a great experience using Above & Beyond Catering for my wedding. We did a few tastings with other companies before finding Above & Beyond and they were the best food we sampled! Moving into the wedding planning process, they were so helpful and knowledgeable. Roxanne and Travis did a great job answering all our questions and ensuring our wedding reception would go as smoothly as possible. They are true professionals and even decorated the buffet to coordinate with my centerpieces and other decor.

Above & Beyond was amazing to work with for our wedding! The buffet table looked incredible and the food was amazing!! Roxanne and I communicated openly throughout our entire planning process, and she easily adjusted to our needs as our date and menu selections changed. She quickly responded to any question I sent her way. We loved the option to use actual dinnerware instead of disposable. The staff was very professional and really on top of everything from clearing plates to serving our cake! 100% recommend Above & Beyond!!

We had appetizers at our wedding, and they were absolutely wonderful! Everybody was talking about the food for days. Not only that, but they went to our reception location the week before to make sure that they understood the way I wanted everything set up. They did so amazing!! Highly recommended.

Roxanne and her staff catered my son and daughter-in-law's wedding 5-6-23 at Powell Gardens and did a great job. They were so friendly, the food was great, and they worked really hard. Thanks guys for making this a night to never forget.
