We used All Cuisine Catering for our October 2024 wedding after discovering them at a wedding convention. We originally wanted to do a mashed potato bar for cocktail hour but after trying the mac and cheese they offered at the wedding convention we swapped to that because it was so delicious. Our guests all raved about how good it was and they loved being able to build their own creations with the variety of different toppings.
I would definitely recommend, specifically the mac and cheese bar to anyone!

We used All Cuisine Catering for our October 2024 wedding after we tried their food at a wedding convention a year and a half prior. We went with the mac and cheese bar for our cocktail hour and it was a huge hit! Our guests loved trying all of the different toppings and couldn't stop gushing about how unique and delicious it all was.

Josh and the team at All Cuisine were an absolute pleasure to work with, and the food was nothing short of phenomenal! They catered our wedding, and we couldn’t have been more delighted. Every dish was just as delicious as it was during our tasting and was served piping hot. The team also went above and beyond to accommodate our allergies, food preferences, and even created a fantastic kids’ menu. We highly recommend them for any special occasion!

Updated 11/10/24 cant wait to use them again soon.
Any occasion and any type of food. You want basic grilled chicken and salmon they can do great, but we asked for a special menu... Caribbean and Gluten-free with a couple of specialized meals for our guests with special diets, all of that was Amazing.
So good we are really wanting to splurge and get the same meal again for our holidays. Try the mango coleslaw it's like sunshine in a bite, and the tropical meatballs are a guest favorite. Everything was fabulous, and the guys worked with us to ensure a great menu. I can say they were less money than two places we called and having had a tasting with another... this food was far better and they went the extra mile for Gluten-free that no other caterer was able to do. We are definitely going to be using them again...

My wife and I requested a fully gluten-free wedding. I am gluten-free due to a medical diagnosis. The team at All Cuisine told me this was no problem at all. However, at the wedding, pita and crackers that were not gluten-free were served. This was extremely upsetting as I could have gotten sick, and it goes against what we explicitly asked for. After the wedding, we did not receive an apology for what happened. All Cuisine was only willing to issue us a refund if we agreed not to write a review. We opted for no refund in an effort to give good information to others who have allergies.

They catered our wedding and made it completely vegan. They were easy to work with, set up quickly, and were really friendly. Not to mention the food was incredible - some of the best vegan mac n cheese i’ve had in my life. We got so many compliments on the food, a lot of people saying it was the best wedding food they’ve had. Thanks!!

They catered my wedding last April. They are very professional and did a great job. I would use them again in the future. My reception ran about an hour late and I didn’t get any complaints about the food being cold or anything wrong. My husband said his family liked the food & they catered to his vegetarian preference as well. Pricing was good. I was happy with their service. thanks to them !
