Biscuits & Berries was professional from the first moment we engaged with them.

At the tasting phase, we considered one vendor (NOT B&B) that requested $120 for two meals for the tasting. This vendor was going to cost about the same amount, but food would be prepped offsite and sent to the venue.

Our other vendor was Biscuits & Berries, who understood that the quality of their food would speak for itself. In the testing phase, we were so impressed by every course and offering, both in taste and professionalism.

When we needed a cake, Biscuits and Berries came through yet again. We considered other vendors, but the taste of the other bakers paled in comparison to the looks. As taste was most important to us, we were thrilled when we found out we could source our cake through Biscuits and Berries, and the cake was more beautiful than we could’ve asked for.

Everyone was raving about the food on the day of, and everything tasted as wonderful as we’d remembered from the tasting. From appetizers through dessert, the entire menu was delectable, and everyone left with full stomachs and happy hearts.

One final point - when considering a caterer, the other detail to consider is professionalism. How does a caterer handle special requests and the inevitable mishap? In the case of Biscuits and Berries, the staff met every request and the unique dietary needs of our guests, and when a glass was dropped they swooped in and swept up the mess with utmost care.

I cannot recommend Biscuits + Berries enough!

I cannot say enough praise for Biscuits & Berries. We were insane trying to plan a whole wedding in two and half weeks during a holiday. Not only was this team so quick to reply but also very helpful with suggestions, completely game with our insane timetables, and helped with rentals!!! And the FOOD was SO GOOD. We got so many compliments from the guests!!! Forever grateful for Beverly and team for making my wedding completely wonderful.

We could not recommend Biscuits and Berries MORE! Monique was truly a delight to work with from day 1! The tasting experience was amazing and very professional, they even had our names printed on the menu when we arrived. All communication during the months and days leading up to our wedding was easy and prompt! Monique helped us so much with price shopping for rentals and decor, we couldn't have done it without her! The food and B&B staff were amazing at our wedding! Food was delicious and cooked on site, and the staff was so friendly and attentive.

Biscuits & Berries cooked and served an outstanding meal for our wedding. Menu highlights include:
* Chicken & waffle app
* Goat cheese pop tart app
* Palisade peach salad
* BUTTERNUT SQUASH (this got SO many compliments)
* Charred lemon glaze salmon

While the quality of food was important to us, we knew the catering company would be interacting directly with our guests, so professionalism was highest priority. Particularly at our kitchen-less venue, we also needed a catering company that could adapt to different settings.

B&B was a delight from start to finish. We even had a switch in our representative after our original contact had a baby (yay!), and the transfer was seamless. We used them for both catering and bartending services. They were on top of everything and everything went very smoothly.

On site, manager Ilya was pleasant, friendly, and checked in with us often. We truly felt taken care of - appetizers waiting for us after the ceremony, plated meals for us as the couple and our guests with dietary restrictions, and they even packed us 2 full leftover meals. (And all of the leftovers from the buffet!) We enjoyed our wedding meal again the next night while reminiscing about our perfect day.

But one moment really stood out, and we didn’t even know about it until after the event! One of the servers overheard our friend from Iceland talking about having symptoms of altitude sickness. They retrieved a small canister of oxygen from the venue while other B&B employees empathetically gave her tips for dealing with the symptoms. Our guest felt genuinely cared for, and it was so nice to hear that B&B went above and beyond.

Overall, we would definitely recommend Biscuits & Berries and we even hope to use them for future events!

Biscuits and Berries did a great job for my 130 person wedding! Jessica was easy to communicate with, we had a great comprehensive tasting that included everything we wanted to try, and she worked with us to finalize numbers and a plan for everything, including some customized late night food options we were hoping to have. The food was great on the day, and the servers made sure everyone had what they needed. Even though we had another vendor provide many of the desserts, B&B's rhubarb tart was the talk of the night for the food!
