Heather was great at keeping in contact and answered all of my questions prior to the wedding. The tasting was very informative and allowed us to pick the most popular decisons. Most wedding food is bland, but the food was simply outstanding! Our guests are still raving about the delicious appetizers, entrées, and desserts. Blue Water Catering truly knows how to create a menu that caters to a variety of tastes while keeping everything elevated and memorable.

What really stood out was their exceptional service. They set aside trays of food from cocktail hour for the family who were busy taking photos and our guests raved about the options. And when we got to the reception we had a sampling of appetizers. The chef made a plate for the bride and groom with all the dinner options so we didn't have to go to the buffet. We opted for no cake and instead had dessert shooters provided by blue water catering. The only complaint from guests was not enough dessert cause they were outstanding. But they made a plate for the bride and groom so we had a sampling!

So we picked BWC because of the varieties they offer and for their creative food station presentations. The food was good and Heather was super nice. The wedding day came and I was so in awe of everything that I didn't freak out when I saw the decor at the popcorn and drink stations... idk if they had a bad day or forgot stuff but everything was mismatched, sloppy and not put together as they advertise. I sent photos of what our tables and decor would look like way in advance and she said she would go off that to do our stations. It was just very disappointing. I see the stuff they post and it's all so beautiful... but someone obviously dropped the ball that day or didn't care idk. It was clear they didn't like the job they did either because no one took photos or posted them... so that was telling.
The drink station had a light blue runner (not our colors) when the all the others had blush. I'd rather put nothing at all or had the venue do it if they didn't want to... just weird. The staff was friendly and were helpful in other times of need, I'll give them that. The food was ok. Chicken corden Bleu was amazing.
