Brulee did a phenomenal job catering our high-profile event for 100 attendees. The food, including an array of main courses, savory pastries, and sweets, was outstanding. Our guests' comments were stellar, and I was able to confirm the quality and taste at the very end of the night.

The food display was also absolutely gorgeous!

I'm especially thankful because Brulee supported us last minute when another vendor backed out due to insurance issues. They quickly stepped in to provide chairs and high-top tables. Brulee was responsive, quick, and attentive to detail. Despite a tight window for the building elevators, they were extremely punctual, arriving a few minutes before the scheduled time.

I wholeheartedly recommend Brulee for any event - they truly went above and beyond!

I hired Brulee to cater a Sunday brunch at my home and they did an excellent job! They brought tables, chairs, utensils and flatware. The staff were here for set up and clean up which was so important since we had to change the set up due to the weather ..plan B worked out without a hitch! During the event they were very attentive to everyones needs letting me enjoy every second. Their food and beverage stations were beautifully decorated and of excellent quality. We had a cook to order omelet station, charcuterie area, coffee station and mimosa bar. It was perfect.

The Brûlée staff was absolutely AMAZING in every way! Attentive, friendly, helpful, bent over backwards and the food was on point!

We hired them to handle our crew meals for an event we were doing in Miami. They were on time everyday arriving 30 mins before our crew meal, had amazing setups every day - the crew LOVED the meals and menu variety that changed everyday.

The Brûlée staff stayed onsite from early morning to late evening each day. They were able to adapt and meet all our last minute requests (some that came at 2am even) added crew meals, changed food service times, provided extra water and ice quickly - they kept our managers and overall crew stress free.

I will be using and recommending Brûlée to everyone! I cannot wait to do another event in Miami and see them again
