I had Chef Tania make the dinner at my son’s wedding. She was wonderful, we didn’t have to worry about a thing! The food was delicious and beautifully presented! I requested her for very specific dishes and she cooked them to perfection. Her team was very pleasant, very efficient, they cleared up everything before they left. I highly recommend her.

Chef Tania and her team are absolutely wonderful! I worked with Tania on a private dinner for a group of friends while vacationing in Miami. Tania cooked a private dinner for us at our hotel to celebrate our teenage twins’ birthday. The food was delicious, and presented beautifully. She is trained in many types of food, having grown up in Mexico but also attended the Cordon Bleu in Paris. She and her husband Jonathan served, cleaned everything up, and were just lovely to be around. They also brought a bottle of Pouilly Fuissé, which was a thoughtful and delicious gesture.
