What an incredible Meal and overall experience Chef Kelvin and his Team provided ! SO PROFESSIONAL - and super-responsive from the initial contact - to the actual event.
We booked his services on a weekend evening in December (which is crazy busy with catered events) and were trying to get quotes from other chefs - many of who did not even return the call/email. But Chef Kelvin responded right away - and boy were we lucky he did - because it was an supremely delicious meal.
And he somehow - (still a mystery) cooked a multi-course seafood dinner for 11 people in a rental house with a 4-burner electric stove and gas grill. Everyone just couldn't stop talking about how much they enjoyed the entire dinner party and how expertly the fish and seafood was prepared and served.
Don't shop around - just book Chef Kelvin !

Wow! What a fabulous experience!! Chef Kelvin and his team were amazing! I truly did not know him before finding him utilizing Thumbtack and booking him remotely for a vacation brunch with friends in Florida. That’s trust and he exceeded expectations! His wife decorated a beautiful table and the food was tasty and the presentation excellent. Any wrinkles were handled professionally and he was great at communicating which is calming when booking services far away and for the first time. I can’t recommend him enough and we will absolutely be using Chefkelvin catering again! Thank you Chef!!

Chefkelvin catered my birthday party and it was all that I expected and more!! The food and service were over the top Fabulous!! We were allowed to customize our menu because I wanted a little of everything... chicken, steak AND the seafood (shrimp scallops and crab patties?), a combination of the plated and the buffet menus. Seasoned to perfection! My family and I would like to thank Chef and his employees for not only making my birthday a memorable one but for putting up with my many calls and texts to make my day. You will not be disappointed when you choose Chefkelvin and company!

Working with Chef Kelvin and his team was an amazing experience. From the beginning of working with him, he made sure that he provided us with the best service for our wedding. Chef Kelvin provided phenomenal service! I called him at the last minute to see if he had any availability and he was very responsive and punctual. The food he prepares is out of this world! He showed up before time to set up and get the food ready for my guest. He is very personable and professional. The jack of all trades! I look forward to hiring him for every event I can think of in the near future. Until next time. For now I’ll just dream of those delightful crabcakes. 🙂

Chef Kelvin and his team are great! Food was delicious (every menu item we requested), it was dropped off fresh to our house and even prepped a bit in front of us. He was flexible with our menu for us and went above and beyond in making sure we were pleased with the meal! Reviews we read were accurate and we are so glad we went with them! We will definitely be using their services again next time we travel to Orlando, Lord willing!
