Wow! What an amazing experience! I hired CT catering for my company’s corporate meeting, and what an incredible job by Carlos and his team! Not only was the food delicious (as always), but the service was top tier! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We just used Chefs Table Catering for our wedding this last weekend, and I do not have enough great things to say about them! They communicated with us every step of the way, the food was hot and fresh and beautiful. All of our guests were thoroughly impressed with the quality and quantity! We still are getting compliments on the dishes, and the staff who were all very accommodating. (We particularly loved Mary who had a smile on her face the entire time and really went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt taken care of!) If we ever host another event I would 100% use these caterers again. This was a very positive experience!

Since I love Cafe 772, I used CT Catering for a graduation party last weekend choosing to go with a buffet style Taco "Stand". Everyone LOVED it (as did I of course!). The food was sensational, we had Birria and Chicken as our proteins, did NOT disappoint! Our server was Gianna and she was just awesome, so professional and so eager to help! Looking forward to my next event or dinner party! Oh and the street corn side... to die for. The layer dip was also incredible!!! Literally everyone at my party raved about the food.

We just had our wedding on 11/23/24 and our food was amazing. We chose to do chicken and ropa vieja. A lot of our guests stated that they enjoyed their dinner as well as the appetizers for cocktail hour. The staff was great! They made sure we had appetizers waiting at our table since we were taking pictures during cocktail hour. Thank you for providing us with such a great service!

This is about a year overdue and for that I apologize, however this was quite honestly the best meal and experience, I have ever been served. Starting from our first meeting, to the changes we made along the way, to the meal itself, CT Catering was absolutely amazing, professional and their food was exquisite! They will definitely be the first and only Catering company I ever recommend or use again myself. I could go on and on, about how everything was perfect from our appetizers to our main meal, from the plating to the taste...but pictures are worth a thousand words, correct...so here are some! Carlos always responded immediately and followed up in a timely manner. CT Catering is TOP NOTCH A++++++!!!! We hired Carlos and Ashley to cater our sons wedding last weekend. I’ll start by saying the food was AMAZING, FULL OF FLAVOR, BEAUTIFUL SET UP AND PRESENTATION!!! Check out that gorgeous plate!!! Not only is the food amazing - their customer service is also TOP NOTCH!! From our first meeting, to our event, Carlos and Ashley were on top of every single detail.
