We came to Cut and Taste for one of their Pop Up Dinner Nights and boy what an amazing treat this was. We were served a 5 course meal with choice of wine or a cocktail pairing. The food was UNBELIEVABLE. Portions were good size and by the time we came to the final two we were already stuffed. I highly recommend Cut and Taste for any catering needs you have or follow them on Instagram and attend one of these Pop Up nights. You will not regret it.

Looking for a caterer seems like it should be rote – pick a budget, then just go with whatever works. It’s not so easy if you’re a foodie, like myself and my husband.

For us, the food was a major element to our wedding. We wanted people to enjoy the experience of it, and so we planned multiple courses that would be able to cater to all the allergies and dietary needs of our guests. Additionally, we wanted to mix traditional “plated” menus with a modern twist. For that, we couldn’t just pick any caterer. We had to go with the most versatile, innovative one out there.

Cut & Taste provided us with a mix of high-end plates served in a nouveau style. By mixing my husband’s and my own backgrounds and interests, we created a menu that appealed to all of our guests – and had them all coming back for seconds, and thirds – and more!

Cut and Taste helped me pull off a flawless event in less than 10 work-days, during the Super Bowl and after President's Day - so an incredibly busy time for them. Cut & Taste exceeded our expectations. We booked them for our wedding and were blown away from start to finish. The communication between the team from the moment we booked them up until the day of the event was incredible. The food tasting we had was exceptional. We couldn’t believe how much food was provided and the quality of each meal. Theres always some hesitancy about knowing if you’ll receive the same quality on the day of the event but they provided the exact same quality and service on our wedding as they did during the tasting. All of our guests loved the food from our slider station to the actual entrees. We have guests that plan to cater you for their events.
