Working with you has always been a pleasure. You make everything so easy, from placing orders for the events we've worked on together to set-up and take down. Thank you for always giving your all. We planned a company holiday party for 85 people. We selected the buffet carving station combination menu and were impressed that it came with beef ribeye, roasted ham and roasted turkey. Each of the meats was cooked nicely and not dry. There were good seasonings or accompanying sauces that made each meat a delight. We had about 76 people, so we had plenty left over and Daniel was ready to pack up all the leftovers for us to distribute to anyone that wanted them. Daniel and his two servers were absolutely polite and focused on providing great service and leaving the place just like they found it. There was bad weather that day which made it hard to travel on the highways and Daniel was able to get food served on time. Many people told me they did not have high expectations for the food for the company party but were pleasantly surprised at how good it all was. All the sides were good as well. There were two salads with great dressings. I definitely plan on using DB Catering again for smaller lunches or other large events. Next time, I will choose to pay for DB to provide silverware because plasticware and plastic knives just don't do well with the ribeye. I read all the reviews and really wished we would have a good experience and we were rewarded with a great experience. I totally understand a negative review here and there because providing food for a crowd can be difficult and some customers are not clear on their expectations of the caterer or instructions to the attendees. DB Catering had a great price for the quality and amount of food. I wish continued success to DB Catering. I can tell they really want to do a great job and have people enjoy themselves.

We had high hopes using this caterer for our wedding because they were recommended and had great reviews but sadly we were very disappointed. First, they arrived late and our guests were not able to enjoy the appetizer during our cocktail hour. Then, for dinner they ran out food and two tables did not get to eat. Not to mention that about 10 guest didn’t show up, so there should haven been plenty of food. I couldn’t imagine how bad it would have been if everyone would have showed. The owners of the business did not even bother showing up to work the event, and instead sent 2 people to sever the entire wedding, then blamed it on them for over serving. When we spoke on the phone after dinner, we expressed our concerns and all we were met was with hostility and showing no accountability. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for a food caterer for a big wedding event, as this business showed very little preparation. They might be better suited for smaller events. I don’t typically leave bad reviews, but the fact that this was our wedding and 2 of our tables went unserved is inexcusable.

I was looking up a chef for a Nice cocktail party to celebrate my wife’s graduation and came across DB catering events … I reached out to Daniel by phone and from there on, everything went great! Daniel takes excellent care of customers, that was just the first great impression, then we did the food tasting, which by the way was amazing, wife and I right away said this is it!
Party was a total hit, all our guests were so impressed with the food, quality and setup (Daniel also provided cocktail tables), guests kept telling me It was a great party!
Daniel you’re awesome and I really appreciate you helping us to make this celebration even more memorable!

DB Catering was amazing for our Veterans Breakfast! I booked him super last minute and he was so helpful and happy to help me with my event! He sent me the menu and worked with me on customizing it to fit our needs. The best of all, everyone loved the food so much! I'll definitely be using him again in the future! 🙂

It was a pleasure working with Daniel. He was always responsive and attentive and the food was so delicious! I hired him for a corporate event and when I was walking through tables everyone was complimenting the food! We ordered enchiladas with a taco station. He was also able to pivot 2 hours before he was set to arrive to bring more food because we had a higher turnout than we anticipated. The presentation was fantastic, the food excellent, and the customer service was 5+ stars. I cannot wait to use his catering company again and to try the different food!

From the day I called, to the day of the event, chef Daniel treated with kindness and respect. All my emails and messages were promptly returned, and all my questions answered. He understood my vision, he was personable and made it so easy to help with choices of food options.
When I arrived everything was in order and even helped me set up our drinks and dessert table. Chef Daniel made sure that the spaces where he worked were clean and tidy before his departure.

The food was delicious and good portions as well. Presentation was organized and attractive.

Thank you chef Daniel for helping make the event a total success, as well as having happy guests! I truly recommend DB catering Events and will continue to work with DB Catering Events.
