The food here is so delicious, and I'm glad they brought their weekly menu back. The family packs are for 5 people, and I would say you get seconds.. they make a variety of foods, their beans are absolutely unique, and always try to order extra when I order. I've had lasagne, steak, chili con queso, brisket, chicken their scallop potatoes are so good. I've had their catering week I worked the hospital for Thanksgiving, and it was so incredible. If you get off their menu or use them for catering you too will refer them to others..I'm picking up steak tacos, and the meatloaf, the prices are incredible!

We ordered the Chicken Cordon Bleu for a small intimate wedding and our guest loved it. The down size was that they did not offer serving after 7pm. Other than this I highly recommend Diamond Catering.

We first started ordering from this place during the pandemic. And I loved their food. It was so fresh and their menu offered a great variety. Fast forward 4 years and I noticed that they were still open to the public. They publish their menu every week and I greatly recommend it!!

We had a informal wedding party for my daughter last weekend outdoors at a park and Diamond catered the event. First of all everyone involved was so easy and helpful to work with, offering advice on amount we should order and was quick to reply to any questions I had. Secondly, everything we ordered was top notch, arrived packaged perfectly, and the driver who delivered was very helpful and quickly set up our tables. I cant say Thank you enough, totally stress free!!

Diamond Catering catered my wedding of 220 in March of 2022 and we couldn't have been happier with our choice! The food was excellent and the service attentive and quick. Our food choices were Chile Relleno and Poblano Chicken, the sides were rice and calabazas. Our guests were wowed by how delicious the food was, it had a homemade feel and just tasted delightful. We would recommend their services a million times over!

These people catered for the Mother/daughter event at my daughter's high school which was provided by the district of Socorro ISD. The lunch was absolutely delicious! My daughter and I were so impressed. They served us chicken breast smothered in a gravy with mushrooms, some rice, salad and a roll. They also provided a small bag of sugar cookies made by them homemade for dessert. I can't say enough about how delicious everything was. They also had excellent service. The staff was friendly, they were all wearing smiles. =)

Used them for my daughter Quince.. Went for my food tasting. I got brisket> They said adult plate came with 4 medium slices of brisket. Kids had two slices of brisket. Paid over $1000 for the food. At the time of my event they were serving 2 slices of brisket on both kids, and adult plates. Nothing to do with the presentation they had showed me at the time of the tasting. I feel they ripped me off. Most of my guest didn't eat because people got in line twice, because the amount of food they were serving was very little. The food was good, but the quality was not that much for the price.. I'm not using them again.. 🙁
