My husband & I were married at The Greenpoint Loft in Brooklyn (Fall 2024) and EVENTFULLNYC took care of our beverage & bar needs, alcohol, and rentals as well. They were so great and professional! I catered with them for my wedding, and I wanted it to be very untraditional. They got the vision perfectly and accommodated so well. They set up the tables, got the food ready at the perfect times. And they went along with the outfit theme. We had a fashion show segment, and one of the catering staff even offered to be part of it. Super great experience all around!!!!

We cannot recommend Melody and her team enough! I honestly can’t recall a single meal from other weddings, but all of our friends and family have been raving nonstop about how perfectly cooked the steak was—a true feat when making filet mignon for 150 people. Melody was incredibly helpful, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. We had many family members who are dairy-free and gluten-free, and they catered to every dietary need seamlessly. One family member with multiple food sensitivities even received a custom plate delivered right to her seat.

They were also super communicative with our wedding planner and managing our rentals. We never had to worry about a thing. The catering staff at our event was equally outstanding. Beyond the amazing food and service, the value was unbeatable. EVENTFULLNYC is an absolute must for catering your wedding or any special event!

She & her team went above & beyond to get all the details right with our dinner table setup, following my instructions to a T. Her prices are also reasonable & her food is just the best. Choosing EventfullNYC was the best choice we made for our wedding! Melody, the owner of the business, helped us from the beginning of our wedding planning and to the end and made sure we have everything we needed for our big day. She was like a event planner for us. On our wedding day, all staff members were very professional and considerate at the same time! Our guests couldn't stop complimenting about FOOD! From the previous menu tasting, we already knew the food would be perfect, but having our guests keep coming back to us and complimenting the food made us so proud and confident on our wedding day 🙂 Also all the staff and servers were very professional. We did not hire a day coordinator for our wedding, so we directly communicated with Ben, an event manager, about small details a lot. Ben was so professional and coordinated our needs as we needed! Servers/staff also kept making sure we had our food and drinks -- which we tremendously appreciated. Also, our vendors told us how thoughtful the catering team was to them! Our photographer mentioned that he's been to lots of different weddings and normally, other catering don't care much about the vendors, but he really appreciated your team kept checking on other vendors like him and making sure they had everything they needed. These all represent how wonderful the team was and how Melody and her family run their business. We strongly recommend all newly engaged couples working with Eventfull!❤️

We started out with a simple vision for our wedding day. Eventfull made it a composed reality. Melody and her team, from start to finish, were the consummate professionals! Extremely easy to communicate with; An attentive ear to bounce ideas with; Excellent recommendations when we had no idea what we were doing. They allowed us to explore our imagination, yet ground us with their thoughtfulness.

As our Day-Of-Coordinator, Melody handled every moment with poise and experience. We didn’t know until way afterward that our DJ was extremely late and was having power and sound issues. We didn’t know that the bar we ordered from the rental company couldn’t fit up the stairs to the loft where cocktail hour was being served. It had to be replaced at the last minute. They took care of everything! Instead, we never felt stressed or overwhelmed, allowing us to focus on each other, our family, our friends and the moment.

As our caterer, the team prepared food that turned out better than our original tasting. Throughout the night, they made sure we were fed and our glasses were full. They helped us make our day the specialness it deserved. Again, we cannot recommend Eventfull enough!
