Tiffini and Nicole were great and coordinated everything without difficulty. Will, Tommy and Trent(?) were fantastic at the dinner and set up everything beautifully and quickly. Their presence during the dinner was fantastically helpful but unobtrusive. Everyone at the party commented on the good quality of the food. Will definitely look to work with Four Sisters Catering again.

We reminisced at our Sunday School dinner last night of things that were so much better than we expected.  The idea, because heaven was really our focus for the gathering, is that we have no idea what God has prepared for us in eternity.

The meal itself, in several ways, was over the top.  From my first phone calls to you; to your assurances that this meal was possible so late in the game (6 days out); to Trent and Kelly (I hope I have their names right) who delivered the food and were prompt, kind, flexible, and thorough; to the  great variety of options on the dessert trays; to every single bite WE ate; to the EXTRA food with which we were able to bless the maintenance man and his wife who worked with me all evening (and that was after we sent people back for more).

We explained to our group that you made concessions for us which everyone knew had to be generous; in other words the meal they were paying for was better than expected in every way EXCEPT excellence.  And let me clarify, you convinced me as we discussed the menu that I could expect excellence which gave me great peace and I was not disappointed or surprised, only grateful.

Some at the dinner were introduced to Four Sisters Catering last night but some already knew that you guys are really good at what you do.   We ALL thanked God for you all!   God bless you!!!

For a meal that is beautiful and 5 Star delicious, you cannot do better than Nicole, Marcus, Michele, and Four Sisters Catering!
I was entertaining guests from out-of-town, and I really wanted the dining experience to be super nice. Nicole visited with me about the menu and she had great suggestions. She definitely knows her stuff! She and Marcus absolutely came through with a fabulous meal and hit it out of the ballpark! They prepared Beef Monteleone in a mushroom wine sauce that was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, fantastic mashed potatoes that were so fluffy, buttery, and utterly delicious they were amazing! We also had asparagus which was done to perfection and beautifully buttered French toast. (The colors of the browning/toasting on the bread were perfection-and it tasted as good as it looked!). It was an incredibly outstanding meal! That was the only time I have entertained and had absolutely clean plates to take back to the kitchen! My guests even went back for seconds and still ate every smidgen on their plates!
Plus, Nicole made the initial set-up easy….She was so patient in explaining how she set up the service and instructing me in exactly how to maintain the food temperature and serve it, that I could actually do it! I was so proud to serve that meal! Those guests are still talking about that meal!! Thank you so much for a job super-well done!!!❤️

We ordered a corporate lunch for a leadership meeting for 100 attendees. The ordering process alone was simple, quick, and easy. They showed up on time and setup was seamless and organized. The strawberry salad and lemon butter chicken pasta was FABULOUS. We had to include the menu info and Four Sisters Catering contact info in our follow up notes because so many attendees requested it so they could order for their next meetings. I just placed our next leadership meeting lunch order with them and I’m already dreaming about it. Excellent service and food!

Best Thanksgiving meal we’ve ever had! Our family, of 16, flew in to San Antonio and didn’t want to have to prepare a meal. Ordered a complete gluten free meal and it was outstanding! We will be back!

Nicole was amazing. We planned my mother-in-laws 80th birthday party. We went for a tasting and Nicole and her mom were so sweet to my mother-in-law that the tasting was a fun experience for her. They delivered the food on time. It was nice and warm and the best part was how great it tasted. People were going on and on about the food. I would use 4 sisters again in a heart beat! Thank you for everything.

Thank you to Four Sisters Catering for providing magnificent and delicious food. We had a Celebration of Life event for the loss of a great friend and your food made the event even more special. Everyone raved about the green enchiladas, bean casserole, rice, and salad. People even took some home! Not to mention, Nicole and the lady who delivered the food were very professional.
