Brian and Flor run an exceptional operation!!

I am an event planner and my clients booked Flor and Brian for a ranch opening at a remote location. We needed breakfast, lunch, and dinner for four days serving over 200 people through the weekend.They rose to the occasion and scale of the demands in an incredible way!!

Their food was creative, delicious, and beautifully presented at every single meal. They dealt with weather, location, and complex logistics with expertise and patience. Their team was an absolute pleasure to work with and our guests raved about the food and service.

I cannot begin to explain the variety of ways in which they impressed us. I hope to work with them again soon and would gladly recommend them to future brides and clients!

Brian and Flor are amazing to work with. I organized a networking event for the Colorado Food Systems Advisory Council at Routt Distillery in Steamboat Springs. I needed to find a caterer that would celebrate agriculture from the Yampa Valley. Brian and Flor went above and beyond to put together a wonderful menu and source from local producers including cheese makers, ranchers, and farmers. They were super easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend La Central for anyone's catering events.

Awesome caterer! Food was amazing,, everyone was loving it! Very professional, friendly staff, easy to work with. Beautiful set up and cleanup, everything top notch. Again, food was delicious - we had taco buffet with chicken, ground beef, vegetables. We will definitely use them again, several others will be using them from our event, as well. Highly recommend!!

Brian and Florencia catered my 50th birthday party and the food was amazing. Great flavors, great service. Easy to work with and very efficient. We had Brian and Florencia cook a private dinner at our rental home. They are amazing!

The food was amazing, and beautifully plated. The service was fantastic as well.

Brian and Florencia are also great people, and we enjoyed chatting with them as much as eating their food.

Wow, wow, wow! I just had my first catered experience by La Central and it was AMAZING!!! The organization that I work for had La Central cater our holiday event for 40. The food was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. We had roasted pork, prime rib, scalloped potatoes, rice pilaf, toasted Brussels sprouts, samosas, wontons, and greens. The dessert was just exquisite, chocolate and ganache Yule logs with a fresh strawberry sauce! OMG!! La Central was timely, clean, professional, and delivered everything on par. For your next event, La Central is definitely who you should call. A++++++++ recommended.

La Central catered our Christmas dinner which was absolutely delicious! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was cooked to perfection from the roast beef to the chocolate cake. Highly recommend!
