We catered brunch through Modern Catering for one of our events; their team helped us customize our order for our needs and made good recommendations. The day of the event their team was very timely in setting up and getting orders ready (we got an omelet and a crepe station through them), the food was delicious, and the team cleaned up very well before leaving. I was in a bit of a jam wanting to cater a 90th birthday party where there were not many catering alternatives. Wanted it to be a bit on the fancy side, both in preparation and presentation but needed to pick up the food in Denver and travel with it for 4 hours. Exceeded expectations. Menu items were exactly as ordered and great. They helped with providing chaffing dishes, plasticware, plates and napkins. Nice name cards describing the dishes and easy instructions to heat and serve. With great ease the table looked fabulous and the presentation upscale. These folks got it done.
