I’m Colombian and my family is big fun of paellas...however Gina’s paella was BY FAR one of the best I’ve ever tried. Not only she is a great Chef but she is also super helpful and professional. Carolina is a pleasure to deal with. She accommodated every need and wish for my party of 6. They usually cater to large groups but they were nice enough to handle my paella party at home. Their prices very reasonable. My guests were impressed with the food, the service and the presentation. I LOVE them and I will be using their services for my future private and company parties! HUGE thank you ladies!

Paellas & Tapas is the place to contract for catering needs. This business is attentive to you from your very first inquiry! Carol, spoke to me several times over the phone and through email just to make sure that every detail was exactly what I wanted.
The chef and the waitress were professional in their demeanor, but also very polite and helpful! The waitress helped me throughout my party and insisted that I allow her to do several things so that I could enjoy my guests. She was a lifesaver and I appreciate the fact that I actually have memories of my party with my guests instead of just remembering that I was in the kitchen the whole time.
Now on to the chef and the paella...it was AMAZING! The flavors; the colors; the freshness of the food was just EXQUISITE! My guests raved about how delicious the food was. The chef was patient and his passion for food was evident in his dish!
Paellas & Tapas turned my little party into an EXPERIENCE! It will be talked about for months! Thank you!!!
