PG Special Events Catering provided outstanding hors d'oeuvres, food, presentation, and service for my daughter’s wedding 3/23/2024. Jesse, his wife Lidia, and his mother Patricia went above and beyond to make the event a dream come true. From the very beginning, Jesse listened to our needs and worked diligently within our budget to curate the most amazing spread.

The hors d'oeuvres were exquisite, each bite a perfect blend of flavors that delighted our guests. The main courses were equally impressive, with beautifully presented dishes that tasted as good as they looked. The presentation of the food was nothing short of artful, adding an extra layer of elegance to the reception.

Their service was impeccable, with every member of their team displaying professionalism and warmth. Jesse, Lidia, and Patricia’s personal involvement made a significant difference, ensuring that every detail was perfect. Their dedication and attention to detail were truly remarkable, making the catering a highlight of the wedding. PG catered my rehearsal dinner and did a wonderful job! I was receiving compliments all night. The staff members had excellent attitudes and were happy to help with anything both during the dinner and in the months planning it. PG Special Events is amazing. Lidia and Jesse are the kindest and most humble people you will ever meet and they truly put love into their food. From the start of the process, they walked us through every step, giving us recommendations and were always available to answer questions. We were blown away by their tasting menu and without hesitation, chose them for our wedding. They did an absolutely amazing job with our appetizers (highly recommended caprese skewer and chorizo & Oaxaca cheese empanadas) and entrees (the creamy poblano sauce is divine), all the guests were blown away by the food. My husband and I made sure to finish every last bite! In addition, Lidia even placed strawberries on our champagne flutes for an added touch--she is the sweetest. All the servers were fantastic and on top of things. Lidia and Jesse truly care about their customers, they are gems. We hope to use them in the future for parties and other events!

We hired PG Special Events to cater my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary party. From the very first contact, Lidia & Jesse were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They responded to my request for a quote quickly. During the tasting and while we were finalizing our order, Lidia offered helpful suggestions that could help our budget. They were even incredibly flexible when a last-minute dietary change arose for one of our guests. They were happy to adjust the menu to ensure my grandpa had a delicious meal!

The food itself was absolutely delicious! The empanadas, strawberry feta salad, salmon and almond panko crusted chicken were just some of the crowd pleasers!

But what truly made the difference was Jesse & Lidia's genuine care and attention to detail. Lidia took the time to understand the importance of this event and ensured everything ran smoothly during set up.

Lidia catered my wedding and she did a PHENOMENAL job!!! Her and her team are so professional and they were always on top of keeping people fed and making sure their cups were filled. We had a sit down dinner as it was a small wedding, and the level of professionalism was above and beyond, not to mention the food was DELICIOUS!!! Everyone was talking about the chorizo empanadas. Lidia is a perfectionist, she loves what she does, and it shows on every single plate. There wasn't one plate that left her station that she wouldn't be proud to present. She is also one of the sweetest vendors you could possibly work with! If you want your wedding done right, hire PG Catering.
