Picnic Basket Catering/Buffalo Gals catered my daughter's wedding at Hearth House in Monument on June 22, and the food was outstanding. Everyone raved about the grilled chicken with mango sauce and the beef was out of this world. Also, many might think veggies are boring, but their grilled veggies were another big hit. Seriously, people at the wedding loved the food! The sausage and veggie appetizers were good, too. Often, unfortunately, people come to expect not a whole heck of a lot of the food at a wedding, but our guests were more than pleasantly surprised. And the service was outstanding, too. All around wonderful experience with Picnic Basket Catering!

We had Picnic Basket Catering do our son and daughter in law’s wedding reception today and it was absolutely perfect! The setup, the display of the buffet, and the quality and taste of the food were fantastic! Recently, the Picnic Basket catered the office Christmas lunch, and they WOWed!! From an easy and fast set up to delicious foods... I highly recommend The Picnic Basket for any catered event.
All the meats were moist, tender, and flavorful, while the side dishes paired very nicely.

The food was incredible and we received so many compliments from our family and friends. The staff was friendly, professional and attentive. Buffalo gals (picnic basket) saved the day for us after another caterer canceled on us 35 days out from our wedding.

They were able to get us a quote, revise it, accommodate dietary restrictions, and deliver fantastic service all within 35 days!

They make planning catering for the wedding feel easy and are absolute pros from start to finish. Not to mention the food was fantastic!

I truly don’t know what we would have done without them, can’t recommend them highly enough.

We booked PB Catering / Buffalo Gals for our wedding at Spruce Mountain Ranch on 8/23/2024. And boy did they deliver! We went with a plated chicken and steak option with gouda mac and cheese / vegetables. We had a delicious tasting which matched the quality on wedding day. Everyone raved over how tender the steak was. We got endless compliments on our catering choice from our guests.

They are super easy to work with. They were able to accommodate all allergies and restrictions with ease. Vegan cauliflower steak, gluten free, kids meals, etc. Also very LGBTQ-friendly, which we appreciate as two brides!

Definitely recommend this caterer!!!

We absolutely loved working with Buffalo Gals for our wedding reception. The service was exceptional and the food was great. Our guests especially enjoyed the bananas foster bar, which was the perfect touch for dessert. We loved working with the Buffalo Gals team leading up to our event and appreciated the attention to detail and thoughtfulness they showed every step of the way. Amazing food! The set up looked beautiful! The Caterer was quick and officiant had everything set up in less than 20 minutes! Couldn’t have asked for anything better for my little sister’s baby shower! Thank you so much Picnic Basket, we will be back for any and all events in the future!!!
