So thankful we were able to do a free tasting in order to know for sure that we wanted this food for our wedding. The tasting helped us know we made the perfect choice to choose Plaza Catering for our wedding! The Italian food was delicious and the caterers were great on the day-of. Super kind and extra helpful. Cut our wedding cake for guests at no extra cost. Now I’m just excited that my friends chose them for their wedding too so I can eat it again soon!! haha

Our guests were treated to the BEST food possible at our daughter's wedding in December at White Iron Ridge. EVERYthing about Plaza Catering was exceptional. The food was above and beyond expectations, and the service was even better, if that's possible. It was an absolute delight to work with manager Rolf, who must be the nicest, most genuine human on the planet. I can't recommend this caterer enough. Oh, and now that we are personally addicted to Plaza Catering's chicken spiedini, we will be back for plenty more!

Throughout the wedding planning process Plaza Catering was a delight to work with. We brought a list of questions to our initial consultation and every single one was answered in detail including our concerns on using single use plastic items, something important for us to not use. They accommodated our wishes with several different options with no hesitation. Rolfe was attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable of all the food and gave us the peace of mind to know they were the catering vendor for us. We worked with Jennifer after and felt very well taken care of.
The food was delicious! I have been a longtime fan of the Bacon and Bleu Salad and it was perfect. The Chicken Spiedini was moist and tender. The vegetables were crisp and flavorful. Every bite of food was delicious! The passed appetizers were a great touch to add a little something for our guests as they enjoyed cocktail hour and all our guests raved about the food and experience! I absolutely recommend Plaza Catering!

Plaza catering was amazing. From tasting to final product, they were one of my favorite things about my wedding!

I’m gluten free and lactose intolerant. When we went into our tasting, I had completely forgotten my medicine to have dairy. They quickly made me up the dishes without any dairy on them! And I didn’t get sick from anything (they are amazing with dietary restrictions).

They dressed in attire to match our wedding, we all super nice and professional, and the food was just as amazing at the wedding as it was at the tasting. We had family style, so everyone was able to have extra and everyone loved the interactive family style.

We had a couple hiccups. I totally forgot to tell them where the kids and vegetarians were for their specific meals. But plaza took care of it without even worrying me about it. We also had an issue with getting ahold of them a couple of times before the wedding. It wasn’t a huge deal and was resolved fairly quickly. And lastly, we ended up with one item that we had requested not to have the week prior. Not a huge deal!

Plaza Catering gave us the amazing experience that we wanted from a caterer. Amazing food, amazing staff and insanely reliable. It was literally the best food that I have ever had at a wedding!

The food was exceptional and exceeded our wildest expectations - not to mention it was incredibly affordable for including passed appetizers and providing cake cutting at no additional charge. Our wedding food was EXACTLY what we wanted! We met with Rolfe and Jenn at Plaza Catering to do a tasting with my fiance and his parents and let me tell you, they will wine and dine you!! They were very accommodating and was able to make any request happen. I asked if it would be possible to do another tasting with my parents, since they live out of town, and they said to come back as many times as we need to to make sure it is exactly what we wanted. The chicken spiedini was so flavorful and tender and the pasta dishes were to die for. Since our reception was going to be later (7:30pm) we asked if we could change the appetizer option a "late night" food option. They said it would be no problem and they could make whatever we wanted happen. We ended up doing pizzas with different toppings and I had a special request for a gallon of ranch (for a ranch fountain!!) and they were able to provide that. They were very friendly, responded in a timely manner and I would recommend them to ANYONE needing a caterer for a wedding or any event. They are just great people in general!

I had them cater through Hillcrest country club and this place is amazing. I absolutely love Plaza Catering!!! The minute we met Jenn (who coordinated everything food for us) we fell in love with her! She sat us down for a tasting, and offered so many extras. The food was great, every one of my guests complimented the dinner we had at our wedding. The other plaza catering employees made sure people's water never ran low, and were prompt about cleaning up and breaking down things. Their house salad is to die for. Thank you plaza catering for helping my wedding go so great!
