Executing a surprise birthday party doesn't leave enough time to do all the cooking for dinner. Rafa's Kitchen came to the rescue. Dawn responds quickly to all inquiries. I selected her Paella Party and she did the rest. She provided a great menu with 3 appetizers, salad, paella and dessert. Upon realizing that our party falls on "Fish Friday," she adjusted the menu to suit our Catholic observance. HER FOOD IS AMAZING!!! She even packed up the leftovers. I didn't have to lift a finger before, during and after dinner. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR YOUR NEXT EVENT!!!!

Dawn and Jimmy catered my mom’s 80th surprise birthday at my sister’s home and they were great! Very friendly and professional. The food was fresh & delicious - from the appetizers to the seafood paella. They set up everything and cleaned up like nothing happened. I highly recommend Rafa’s kitchen for catering a party of any size.

Let me started by saying I'm very hard to impress when it comes to food we needed catering for my sister's birthday party and spoke with Ms Dawn her service and Attention to detail was amazing. We ended up getting a mix of the Caribbean food Mexican food and when I tell you it was phenomenal. I mean, on point. Dawn made sure that everything was to are liking and went over and beyond!! All of the servers were amazing Rafas kitchen is a must for any event both large and small looking forward to working with them next year as well thank you Dawn and Rafa would be proud ?

I can't begin to say enough wonderful things about Rafi! He is organized, talented, incredibly hard working and is like family to us. He was able to prepare a tapas style menu for our guests that was absolutely phenomenal. He pays great attention to detail and works to make sure the planning process is smooth sailing. All you have to do is trust his judgement and I can assure you he will make sure the menu is second to none. Hands down one of the best parts of our wedding! Thanks again!!

Dawn answered the phone and the rest is history. She listened to my urgent need (a caterer left me hanging) for a menu I had already designed gluten free; she made additional suggestions yet staying within budget. The team arrived on time, professional and ready to help make an amazing evening even better. The guests ALL raved about the delicious food and all took her contact information. Made the evening flow effortlessly.
Will definitely take a break in the near future by making a phone call. Thank you Dawn and team. We are blessed to know you!!!

Absolutely fantastic food!! We had Rafa’s catering for our wedding. All of our guests absolutely loved the food. I will definitely be booking the again for our next occasion. You have to try them
