We used Kaitlin for our Annual meeting of around 200 attendees/volunteers/vendors. Her food was delicious (everyone raved about it) and she was professional and very easy to work with. Mario was also outstanding and efficient heading up the service lines and making sure everything looked as good as it tasted. This is the 2nd time our company has used her and we will continue to utilize her services and highly recommend them!

We have used Royal Catering for our corporate events for the last 5 years. The experience is always amazing from the quote to delivery. The entire staff is always friendly and they go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience.

The food is always hot, fresh and delicious. The delivery team is always happy to work with us and even advise on the best way to setup for maximum presentation.

We will continue to use Royal Catering in the future not only for the delicious menu, but the excellent customer service!

P.S. - The mini bundt cakes are flavor bombs not to be missed!

I worked with Kaitlin on the order and appreciated her input and quick communication. Day of, I was fortunate to have both Kaitlin and Mario work my wedding. This past weekend Royal Catering catered a "Happily Ever After" breakfast for our daughters wedding. The event was for approximately 100 people. We live out of state and worked with Kaitlin to set up all details. She was amazing to work with and assured me all details would be taken care of. She always responded quickly to my million questions and menu changes. We had a telephone conference call a month prior to finalize details and reassured me that it would be really nice. Day of both Kaitlin and Mario arrived on time and did a magnificent job! The display looked fantastic! Mario did a fruit waterfall that was spectacular. They replenished food quickly and would pick up guests plates as they finished. They truly are amazing at what they do. If we ever need another event in the Ft. Worth area I would only book with them!

This is my first time using Royal Catering and I have to tell you that the food was very good, and very fresh! I got the chicken and beef fajitas. The set up was very professional.Very nice customer service, they were on time. You know when people say you eat with your eyes, the food was picture perfect, which my pictures do not do justice.

Also, when dealing with the staff, getting a quote, logistics, etc., Leah and the team were aweßome to deal with, very friendly as well as professional. I will definitely use them again.

Royal was a pleasure to work with. Kaitlin was very professional and followed up with me just as promised. She had insightful suggestions and helped me to sort out the details to a tee. You can tell that she is well versed in event planning and I had the utmost confidence that my event would turn out well from my first interaction with her.

On the day of the event, Antonio and another gentleman arrived right on time for setup. Antonio was very good at communicating to make sure everything was executed to my wishes. He was a pleasure and you can tell that he takes pride in his job and genuinely aimed to please. Oh and the setup, my guests were wowed and commented on how good the fajitas were, along with how the setup made for an elevated experience that far exceeded their expectations.

Royal Catering, and Kaitlin and Heidy specifically, provide week-long catering support for a very large and complex grand opening event. Catering services provided included support for performance rehearsals for a large cast and crew, personalized celebrity F&B, not to mention a luxurious beach-like party for over 400 guests with delicious tropics inspired foods, desserts and even a beautiful signature drink. It was an amazing event and the Royal Catering team was a huge part of its success. I highly recommend this team.
