Tonight we were having an event catered by TCP. I am so happy to report that everything was great. The servers were so nice and professional. One even came in and picked up plates. These were wonderful women who have pride in their jobs.
The food was great. We had beef with mushroom sauce, broccoli casserole, vegetable. potatoes, and lemon cake - everything was cooked perfectly. No need for Rolaids tonight. Thank God.
It was a very nice evening with the food, tea, and event. Thank you TCP for a great job.

To be fair TCP has been catering
for us for a while and it has been
great. I don't know what happened last night when TCP catered for us and I have to say that next to the cordon blue chicken it was the worst meal they have catered. The green bean casserole had no flavor and was soggy. The dressing needed to be cooked - all they did was take breading and add celery and water - again no flavor. The turkey had some kind of cajun seasoning - tasted terrible. The peach cobbler was cold as ice We are not children - we don't need the servings put into little bowls for us. Leave the cobbler in a big pan over a flame and it will probably taste better. The best thing was the sweet tea and you had to beg the caterer for that. The girl working the catering job was not friendly at all - all the other servers have been wonderful. I have no idea where they found this one but they need to send her back. All in all the dinner was terrible - if I was paying for it, I would want a refund.

I hired TCP for my formal engagement dinner/surprise wedding on April 1, 2022. Let me start off by saying: It's been ten months since I got married and my friends and family are STILL talking about how delicious the food was.

I cannot thank Scott and his staff enough for the care they took with my event - from handling an emergency situation where I thought I was going to have to change venues a week before the event to performing the special request my husband had of serving me pieces of dry toast before my meal (ridiculous inside joke between me and my husband), to taking great care of my guests. They were an integral part in my night being perfect.

I would recommend them for any event - big or small, they can handle it all.

We had TCP cater our wedding last year and had a great experience. The tasting session was free, and they gave us a lot of dishes to try. We went with braised beef, truffle mac & cheese, and cranberry salad, and they were all excellent. Some of our family/friends still tell us how great the food was at our wedding. We would absolutely recommend TCP!

We used TCP for our wedding day catering and loved EVERY bite. Our tasting with them was a WIDE variety of options that really gave us a good grasp for the culinary talent Scott's team has.

We worked closely with Mallory on his team to ensure that guest counts were finalized, final payments were made, and that everything was to our liking. Our guests raved about the food (especially the roast and mac and cheese - to DIE for). We did buffet style but, having a lovely coordinator who grabbed our meals for us, we did not interface with the staff (so I cannot speak to that experience)! Everything was bussed in a timely manner and seemed to go very smoothly! Overall, we loved the food and were SO happy to see our guests so content with the meal provided.
