Tim and Matthew were spectacular to deal with for our event of 180 people. They worked with us every step of the way, especially on the little details. Their servers were awesome at the event and dinner was served on time, at the right temperatures, and it was fantastic food. We couldn't be happier and they are now our go-to caterer. Consistently awesome presentations, dependable and finally a chef educated in nutrition and the 5 food groups!!! Our charter aircraft (Miami Air International) received catering out of Tulsa and OKC FBO’s at different times and they thrilled us all and exceeded our picky expectations! Such delicious catering at a reasonable price! We used them for our wedding & though we had a simple menu they were right on schedule and did a beautiful set up! We can't wait to use them again in the future!
