Used Thomas Oliver's for a corporate catering order and they were great. Was very easy to place the order and my contact Gary Lyons was very prompt, communicative, and helpful. Someone from the team showed up at our event with table tents, napkins, silverware, and everything else we needed so was very little legwork on our part. Quality of the food was good also. We recently ordered from Thomas Oliver's Catering for our office International Potluck Party. Everyone agreed that their food were absolutely delicious, especially the chicken francais, shredded beef with broocoli and ginger, short ribs, and dirty rice with sausage. Although my request was short notice, Gary was accommodating, flexible, and very professional, which I really appreciated. The delivery was also on time, and they even set up the chafing pans and sternos for me. It was such a smooth and easy process that I'll definitely recommend and utilize Thomas Oliver’s Catering for future events.

We recently hired Thomas Oliver's for a two-day, breakfast and lunch, corporate event and could not be more pleased with the entire experience. The staff were prompt, courteous, and professional from the first moment we initiated contact, throughout the ordering process, to the time our final meal was delivered and setup. I had the pleasure of working with Gary Lyons - he helped us build a menu tailored to our needs and budget and made sure that everything went smoothly. We were able to have a large variety, and the food was presented beautifully, very fresh and incredibly delicious (their pastrami and chicken salad sandwiches, their pasta salad, and home fried potatoes were a few of our favorites). Overall, Thomas Oliver's was the perfect choice, and we would highly recommend them to anyone in need of catering services.
