From my first phone conversation with Nick Miller (the owner/proprietor) from Just a Nibble, I knew I was in good hands. Nick walked me through the whole thing from set up to break down and he answered every question I had.
On the day of the event, Nick came to my home and introduced me to each team member. And that's where the real magic started. The staff was amazing. They were friendly, accommodating, professional and attentive. I had a cocktail party so we started with the beautiful and artfully done Chef's Board. Then chef Pablo fired up the oven and the Hors d'oeuvres began flowing. My guests could not stop raving about the food and the superior level of service from the event team.
I highly recommend Nick and his team from Just a Nibble and will definitely use them in the future. I would give them 10 stars if I could..they are superb!

We could write endlessly about the delicious paella, tuna tartar or braised pork belly, but what made the evening a delight was Nick. He was always available and accommodating and suggested ideas that made this special birthday party memorable. It's rare to get a proprietor to actually work with you and to execute exactly what he promised. We felt utterly "catered" to, and I believe that that's what best defines Just a Nibble. Just A Nibble is an incredible catering service. We used their services to cater a small wedding lunch. Our venue, Atrium 82, recommended Just a Nibble and I am so glad they did. Working with Nick was so smooth and he did an amazing job at building our menu. He was flexible with dealing with us as we had a few late changes needed. The food was amazing - our whole wedding party was raving about it. The mushroom ragu with polenta is so good and i want to eat that everyday haha. The wine choices were also great. The whole catering team was excellent and the event ran so smoothly. Service was excellent. I could not recommend Just a Nibble more and i am so happy we used them for our micro wedding.

We used Just a Nibble NYC as our caterer for our wedding a few weeks ago and let me tell you, I cannot recommend them enough for anyone looking for an absolutely wonderful customer experience and stunning meal. Working with Nick and his team was so easy even though we live in Canada and were planning our wedding from a distance.

Not only was Nick extremely quick to respond, he helped us choose an absolutely delicious meal while respecting our budget and making very good recommendations at every step of the planning process. He even coordinated with our venue on our behalf when we told him we were in Canada and could not be present for a walkthrough of the venue prior to the event.

My mother has a long list of allergies and intolerances and once I provided Nick with the list, his team not only made sure my mom could eat, they adapted the entire menu so that she could eat almost every single item on the menu without fearing for cross contamination. They were super transparent with the ingredient lists as well. The staff was incredibly friendly and they were super helpful with helping setup and clean up the space for dinner time.

The food was sublime and most of our guests went for seconds. Some of our guests are even still talking about how delicious the food was weeks after the event. If you want a stress-free catering experience in NYC, Nick and his team have your back and will give you a memorable meal for your event!
